Attachments

You can attach files to any message in the Popcorn chat. The agent reads them and uses them as part of the brief.

Click the paperclip icon in the chat input, or drag a file onto the input. Files upload as you go and stay attached to that message.

Limits: up to 100 MB per file. Supported types: image, video, audio, PDF, and common document formats.

You attach…The agent will…
An image of a person, place, or objectTreat it as a visual reference — for a character’s appearance, a set’s look, a prop, or an overall style
A video clipUse it as source footage to clip from, react to, or use as a style reference
An audio fileUse it as a track for a music video, a voice sample to clone, or audio to dub over visuals
A PDF or documentRead it for story, brief, brand guidelines, script outline, research notes
  • Cast a real person. “Make a UGC ad with this person as the host” + a photo. Popp generates a character based on the image. Combine with voice cloning to also use their voice.
  • Match a brand style. Attach a brand-guidelines PDF or a screenshot of an existing ad. Popp will pick up colors, typography vibe, and tone.
  • Use real footage. Attach a clip and ask Popp to use it as a shot, intro, or B-roll inside an otherwise AI-generated movie.
  • Clone a voice. Attach a 30+ second clean audio sample of someone speaking. See Voices.
  • Score a music video. Attach the audio track. Popp will analyze BPM, beats, and energy, then generate the visuals around it. See Music videos.

What the agent will not do with attachments

Section titled “What the agent will not do with attachments”
  • Use copyrighted material without your permission. When you attach a clip from a show, song, or photograph you don’t own, Popp will use it on your instruction, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use that material. The same applies to URLs you ask the agent to clip from (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Surface sensitive personal data from documents. If you upload a PDF containing private info, Popp uses it as a reference for the movie but will not republish raw details unless you tell it to.
