Promo & access codes
If you were given a promo code or an access code, here’s how to use it.
Where to redeem
Section titled “Where to redeem”- In the web UI, open the Subscriptions page from the sidebar.
- Find the “Have a promo code?” link near the credit balance bar at the top of the page.
- Click it, paste your code, and confirm.
If the code is valid, the credits or trial extension are applied immediately and you’ll see your new balance.
What codes can do
Section titled “What codes can do”Codes can grant any of the following, depending on what was issued to you:
- A credit bonus added to your balance
- A free trial (or a trial extension)
- A specific plan unlock
If a code doesn’t work, double-check you copied the whole thing and try again. Still stuck? Pop into the Discord or email support@popcorn.co.
